PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure reliability of engagement of coupling members coupling a holding member holding an optical element and a drive mechanism driving the holding member and to drive the holding member with low torque. SOLUTION: A rack member 70 couples a holding arm 40 holding an optical element and a lead screw 61 of a drive member having a drive motor moving the holding arm 40 and a lead screw 61 rotated by the drive motor and transmits power of the drive motor to the holding arm 40. Radius of curvature of a tip plane of an engaging tooth engaging with the led screw 61 is formed to be larger than radius of curvature of the lead screw 61. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
