PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of transmitting/receiving a file by converting an e-mail protocol into an NGN protocol. SOLUTION: A communication terminal apparatus includes a transfer module connected to an e-mail client to execute conversion between the NGN protocol and the e-mail protocol and transmit/receive data, a storage device connected to the e-mail client and the file transfer module to store data, and the e-mail client connected to the storage device and the file transfer module.
