PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a mobile phone to stably erect by itself at an optimal elevation angle, in simple structure. SOLUTION: A charging reset for a mobile phone charges a built-in battery while freely attachably and detachably setting the mobile phone 10 with a monitor 11 on a front side. The charging rest comprises a mounting base in which the mobile phone 10 is freely attachably and detachably set on its surface; and an angle adjusting block 30 connected to the back of the mounting base 20 so as to be freely rotatable with an axis vertical to a surface parallel to the back as a rotary axis 40. The angle adjusting block 30 is formed in a shape having a bottom surface 31 which is disposed to face the back of the mounting base 20 and at least two tapered surfaces 32 with different tilting angles (α) to the bottom surface 31. The charging rest rotates the angle adjusting block 30 with respect to the mounting base 20 and arranges the tapered surfaces 32 with different tilting angles (α) on a plane, thereby changing an elevation angle (θ) of the mobile phone 10 set on the mounting base 20.
