PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corona discharge treating device, a corona discharge treating method, and a decorative material for a floor manufactured using this method, capable of carrying out corona discharge treatment surely to the decorative material for the floor having a wooden base board. SOLUTION: The corona discharge treatment device is a device to carry out the corona discharge treatment to the decorative material for the floor having the wooden base board and a decorative layer, arranged with a prescribed spacing along the conveyance direction of the decorative material for the floor, and equipped with a plurality of roll bodies having a pair of rolls to press and convey the decorative material for the floor from the base board side and the decorative layer side, and at least one corona discharge unit having a corona discharge electrode and the counter electrode that are arranged between neighboring roll bodies, and opposedly arranged to pinch the decorative material for the floor from the base board side and the decorative layer side.
