PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of reducing unevenness in heating without decreasing the diameter of a rotary antenna and a lower heater. SOLUTION: In this heating cooker comprising a heating chamber 2 having an opening portion 3 at its front part and receiving a heated object 13, a door 4 for opening and closing the opening portion 3, and a heating means including at least a magnetron 7 and heating the heated object 13, the heating chamber 2 is composed of a bottom plate 21, a top plate 22, side plates 23 and a back plate 24, the bottom plate 21 has a recessed portion as an antenna installation chamber 21b, the back plate 24 has a projecting portion 24b at least in the direction of the heating chamber 2, and the heating chamber 2 is formed by inserting the projecting portion 24b to an opening portion 25 formed at a rear part in such a state that the top plate 22, the side plates 23 and the back plate 24 are joined, and joining the top plate 22, the side plates 23 and the back plate 24.
