PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knocking determination device of an internal combustion engine for suppressing erroneous determination of knocking. SOLUTION: The engine ECU executes a program including a step (S103) for calculating a coefficient Ca according to a rotation load, a step S104 for calculating respective integrated values at every five degrees by extracting strength of vibration of a plurality of frequency bands from vibration detected by a knocking sensor, multiplying strength of vibration of a frequency band A by a coefficient Ca and adding them up corresponding with strength of vibration of frequency bands B to D and crank angles, a step S116 for calculating a correlation coefficient K based on a result of comparison of a vibration waveform of a frequency band E and a knocking waveform model produced beforehand, a step S118 for calculating a knocking strength N, a step S122 for determining occurrence of knocking according to the calculated correlation coefficient K and the knocking strength N and a step S126 for determining that knocking has not occurred according to the calculated correlation coefficient K and the knock strength N.
