PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an adverse affect on existing facilities such as neighboring houses by effectively reducing vibrations propagated via ground from a vibration generating source such as processing equipment etc. of a factory etc., and a vibration source such as railway vibrations and a road traffic. SOLUTION: When a wall body is created by infilling a solidification material into a continuous ditch 11 which is excavated in the predetermined range of the ground between the vibration generating source and facilities affected by the vibration generating source, a baggy sheet 12 capable of storing a cylindrical core material 20 in an individual baggy portion is planarly provided in the direction of the extension of the continuous ditch in the unsolidified state of the solidification material, so that the cylindrical core material 20 can be stored in each of the baggy portions. After the strength of the solidification material reaches self-supporting strength, the cylindrical core material 20 is pulled out from the baggy portion, and a plurality of cylindrical void grooves 11 are provided in line in the wall body in the direction of the extension of the wall body.
