摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion strength of a plating film to a resin-metal composite layer as thin as 10-200 nm. SOLUTION: A plating deposition adjustment step of facilitating deposition of plating inside the resin-metal composite layer is carried out between a catalyst adsorption step and a plating step. This results in the formation of many anchors and therefore improves adhesion strength of the plating film by an anchoring effect. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
