摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a conventional method for utilizing an optical pressure in order to control the movement of minute bodies of nano-scale or micrometer order in a non-contact state, uses an optical system of high NA, and the apparatus can not be compacted, and for example, it is difficult to use the method for a minute structural body such as an optical microchip. SOLUTION: An equilateral triangle shape circulation passage is formed with three beams (laser beams) of a low condensing rate, the beams which are radiated from an optical fiber having the hemispherical ground end face. When the condensing rate of the beam is low, optical pressure is applied to an irradiated object in the radiating direction of the beam and in the direction toward the center of the cross section of the beam.
