PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a to-be-cooled part in a short period of time after heating and pressurization, when conducting hot-pressing using a flat press, by making, when required, a separation between a heating part and a cooling part without moving a to-be-pressed body in heating or cooling. SOLUTION: One pressing surface 7, a cooling part 8, and a heating part 9, which is contactable with and separable from the cooling part 8, are arranged from the side of a holding part 6 in this order. A to-be-pressed body 12 is held between the pressing surface 7 and the other pressing surface 11, which is opposite to the surface 7. The pressing surface 7 is heated by the thermal conduction from the heating part 9, which is integrally contact with the cooling part 8, via the cooling part 8, and the heating part 9 is separated from the cooling part 8, so that the heat conduction from the heating part 9 to the cooling part 8 is not generated.
