PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply and drainage unit of a pumping portable toilet bowl, which can prevent wastewater from being scattered to a water supply side from a drainage side. SOLUTION: This water supply and drainage unit of the pumping portable toilet bowl is installed on a wall surface of a building. The water supply and drainage unit has a structure which can prevent the scattering of the wastewater even if a child or an aged person operates the water supply and drainage unit, by providing a partition plate 24a between a waste plug and a hydrant 13, so that the wastewater from the side of the waste plug as a fixed-side drain joint cannot be scattered to adhere to the side of the hydrant 13 as a fixed-side water supply joint, in attachment/detachment.
