摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment device for a spherical article capable of aligning articles of ellipse ball shape in a predetermined direction. SOLUTION: A conveying belt 13 having a placing surface 15 on an upper surface, extending from an entrance for receiving the articles P of the ellipse ball shape toward an exit S2 for transferring the aligned articles P and conveying the articles P received from the entrance to the exit S2 while placing them on the placing surface 15 is provided. A pair of alignment belts 20 arranged in parallel along the conveying belt 13 at the neighborhood of the placing surface 15 of the conveying belt 13 while retaining a smaller clearance than the length in a long axis direction of the article P and moved with the conveying belt at the same speed as the conveying belt 13 are provided at both sides of the conveying belt 13. A belt vibration device 25 for giving behavior directing the long axis direction to a conveying direction with respect to the articles P on the placing surface by alternately and vertically vibrating respective belt portions on an entrance side of the alignment belts 20 is provided.
