The device has a mechanism reducing a provisional number of interferences based on reference frequency distribution of image information conforming quality of pixels of interested regions in a part from pixels of images/videos to be examined, where no clusters are found in the part and a number of clusters are found in another part. Single frequency distribution of image information conforming quality of pixels of the interested regions in the latter part is determined. An occurrence of outliers is provided under the quality of the pixels in the interested regions in the respective clusters. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for adjusting regions to be synthesized in an image/video (2) a method for determining a location of interference within an interested region of an image/video to be examined relative to a reference image (3) a method for adjusting regions to be synthesized in an image/video (4) a program having instructions for determining a location of interference within an interested region of an image/video to be examined relative to a reference image and for adjusting regions to be synthesized in an image/video.
