摘要 <p>The method involves selecting N cells of a battery by N plus 1 solid state relays, and supplying voltage of the cells to an analog-to-digital converter. LEDs of the relays are controlled by two matrixes (30, 35). Selectivity of the relays is carried out by a digital processor (8). The voltage of the selected cell is determined by the analog-to-digital converter for both polarities, and is supplied to the processor. A cell voltage of a sample and hold circuit is transferred in frequency of periodic voltage fluctuations, and is delivered to the analog-to-digital converter.</p>
