A method and a system for issuing value through an AD(Advertisement) display section for inducing active purchase action of a customer, and a recording medium thereof are provided to conveniently issue the value for inducing the active purchase action without linking any website by receiving information needed for issuing the value through a frame for providing AD. A customer terminal(993) is equipped with a web browser. A web server(145) operates a website for providing contents to the customer terminal through the network. An AD server(150) offers the AD to the customer terminal or issues value to a value type account, which is registered through a value type account registration system, of a customer by linking with the web server. |
