<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink containing jelly, having an eat feeling like a real fruit, especially the drink containing the jelly, imparted with the particle like feeling of granules of citric fruits. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing an alcoholic drink containing the jelly comprises the following production process of storing (A) the small piece parts of the jelly, containing a gelling agent containing a deacylated type gellan gum in (B) an alcoholic liquid part having 1 to 25 v/v% alcohol concentration.
