PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the driving force controller of a hybrid vehicle for reducing the number of times of generation of shock in a hybrid car having a transmission capable of switching to a plurality of shift modes.

SOLUTION: This driving force controller of a hybrid vehicle having a transmission capable of switching to a plurality of shift modes is provided with a means (S001) for changing output torque by a power plant on the basis of a traveling environment and a means (S005) for matching the switching timing of the shift mode of the transmission with the changing timing of output torque by the power plant based on the traveling environment.
