<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of raw rice powder which needs reprocessing. <P>SOLUTION: The roasted rice is obtained by heating dried rice and raw rice. The roasted rice colored in golden color and brown color is pulverized in a range of one-tenth to ten-tenth, taking ten-tenth as perfect powder.
