<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a department management system, a department management program and a department management method, certainly forbidding output exceeding a prescribed limit value. <P>SOLUTION: Each of image forming devices (40a, 40b, 40c, 40d) disposed in each department has a control means 44 inquiring a scheduled value of the output from a management terminal 10 before starting the output, and notifying the management terminal about an execution value after execution of the output permitted by the management terminal. The management device has: a limit value recording means (18) reflecting the scheduled value by one image forming device in the limit value in notifying the one image forming device about the permission, and setting a virtual limit value; and a department management control means (16) deciding the permission of the output to the inquiry from another image forming device based on the set virtual limit value when the scheduled value is inquired from the other image forming device before the execution value by the one image forming device is notified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
