<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thick film resistor composition with which a thick film resistor having a high resistance value although containing no lead and also having excellent electric characteristics can be formed. <P>SOLUTION: The thick film resistor composition containing conductive particles and glass frit is characterized in that the conductive particles are conductive particles of at least one kind, selected between a ruthenium compound and an iridium compound, containing no lead, and the glass frit is not containing lead and containing 0.1 to 5% by mass of at least one kind selected between TiO<SB>2</SB>and Nb<SB>2</SB>0<SB>5</SB>; and the thick film resistor is formed using the thick film resistor composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
