PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-sealing type single pipe coupling usable regardless of the direction of the flow of refrigerant gas, by preventing the falling-off of an O ring by not permitting the sealing O ring to come in contact with the refrigerant gas, even in a state of connecting a plug to a receptacle. SOLUTION: A substantially columnar second movable body 27 is arranged via the O ring 37 on the outer peripheral surface side of a first movable body 23. The first and second movable bodies 23 and 27 are energized to the tip side by springs 30 and 31. When connecting the plug 11 to the receptacle 51, The first movable body 23 side O ring 37 and the receptacle 51 side O ring 77 are covered with the second movable body 27.
