PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving belt having improved abnormal noise durability. SOLUTION: In the driving belt used by winding on a pulley and forming a surface layer which forms the surface brought into contact with the pulley, the surface layer does not include a short fiber, and is formed by curing an urethane prepolymer composition including urethane polymer of molecular weight 1000-50000 obtained from a polyol component and a poly isocyanate component which include at last any one of polyester system polyol and polyolefin system polyol.
