PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition control device capable of accurately judging poor discharge of a spark plug with a simple structure, and a vehicle control device provided with the same. SOLUTION: The ignition control device 101 capable of acquiring a combustion condition in a combustion chamber by detecting ion current by an ion current detection means 75 having LC resonance circuit built therein, and of controlling discharge action of the spark plug 47 arranged in the combustion chamber according to the acquired combustion condition, is provided with a noise detection means 75 capable of detecting magnetic noise generated from the LC resonance circuit with accompanying discharge action of the spark plug 47, and a poor discharge judgment means 127 discriminating magnetic noise generation timing based on detection result of the noise detection means 75 and a poor discharge judgment means 127 judging poor discharge of the spark plug based on the discriminated magnetic noise generation timing.
