PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means enabling to surely deposit a structure such as fibers on an insulated material, in an electrodeposition method. SOLUTION: This electrodeposition apparatus has a material liquid-supplying portion, a collector electrode portion and a substrate-supplying portion and is used for supplying a substrate from the collector electrode portion to the substrate-supplying portion and simultaneously supplying the material liquid from the material liquid-supplying portion to the collector electrode portion to apply the material to the substrate, under a condition that a voltage is applied between the material liquid-supplying portion and the collector electrode portion to form an electric field in a space between both the portions. This apparatus further has an electrification treatment means for electrifying to the material-applying surface of the substrate before applying the material to the substrate.
