PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic fabric which has electroconductive fiber inconspicuous from its base portion, and is optimum to the use of especially as lining cloth. SOLUTION: This antistatic fabric is a woven fabric which has a warp yarn 1 consisiting of a base yarn 2 and an electroconductive yarn 3, and combined with a weft yarn 4. The base yarn 2 consists of a synthetic fiber multifilament A, the electroconductive yarn 3 consists of a synthetic fiber multifilament B and a part of the synthetic fiber multifilament B consists of a sheath core type filament containing an electroconductive white-colored metal in its core part. Further, the material quality of the polymer component used in the synthetic fiber multifilament B and the side surface form of each of single fibers are almost similarly set with those of the synthetic fiber multifilament A.
