PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device for a hybrid vehicle, capable of reducing the size and cost thereof as the whole drive unit. SOLUTION: In the drive device, a motor generator MG1, differential gearing 20, and an oil pump 30 are disposed coaxially to an input shaft 11 from an engine side in this order. A motor generator MG2 is disposed on the other axis on an opposite side to the motor generator MG1 and in parallel to the input shaft 11 at a gear mechanism 29, motor bearings 64, 65 which support a rotor shaft 14 of the motor generator MG2 are placed outside the motor generator M2, and the oil pump 30 which is one of the first-axis components is overlapped with the motor generator M2 in a diametrical direction, and overlapped with the bearing 64 of the motor generator M2 in an axial direction.
