PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-ride type vehicle provided with a decorative member repeatedly used by a user while being utilized for other purposes except for a design. SOLUTION: This saddle-ride type vehicle 100 includes an exterior cover 40 and the decorative member 10 covering the fastening portion 35 of the exterior cover 40. The decorative member 10 is composed of a lid portion 20 with an outer surface decorated with a predetermined mark, and a base portion 30 supporting the lid portion 20 and attached to the exterior cover 40. The lid portion 20 is attached to the exterior cover 40 through the base portion 30. The lid portion 20 has such a structure that the detachment of the lid portion 20 from the exterior cover 40 is restricted by assembling the base portion 30 to the exterior cover 40.
