PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording apparatus which has simple constitution and nonetheless can appropriately heat an inkjet head without excessively increasing the temperature of a recording head. SOLUTION: A liquid circulation mechanism for circulating a liquid between the inkjet head 10 and a UV lamp 11 includes: a liquid circulation path 40 comprising a main circulation path 40a, a first branch path 40b and a second branch path 40c, for circulating the liquid between the inkjet head 10 and the UV lamp 11; a circulation pump 41 disposed in the main circulation path 40a; a radiator 43 disposed in the second branch path 40c; and a flow rate adjusting valve 42 for adjusting the flow rate of the liquid passing through the radiator 43 by changing a ratio of the liquid passing through the first branch path 40b to the liquid passing through the second branch path 40c.
