PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the position of a user terminal based on a radio television signal. SOLUTION: A plurality of radio television signals are received by a receiver of the user terminal, and a pseudo-distance between the user terminal and a transmitter of a television broadcasting signal is determined. The position of the user terminal is determined based on the pseudo-distance and each position of the transmitters.
