PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase capacitance, power, and energy by making the surface area of an electrode wider than a general film to widen a space for absorbing electrons. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a supercapacitor includes: a step (a) of arranging a plurality of filters 10 to be spaced at a designated interval apart, a step (b) of forming a first plating layer 20 connecting one ends of the filters 10, a step (c) of forming second plating layers 22 lengthened along the filters 10 from the first plating layer 20, a step (d) of polymerizing to form conductive polymer layers 30 between the second plating layers 22, and a step (f) of removing the filters 10.
