PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain pipe corrosion by eliminating an inner surface of a black gas pipe used for a snow melting pipe with which surface water directly contacts, and to aim a considerable elongation of the life period of existing piping. SOLUTION: A solid material with steel is passed through inside of the target pipe in order to remove rust, scale, and water stain from the pipe, further a cleaning in the pipe is carried out by high-pressure washing, and thereafter, a coating is formed by an epoxide resin allowing a coating solid material to pass through inside the target pipe in the same manner.
