PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-roll storing paper holder falling a paper body by just inserting the paper body into the holder, simplifying a paper fetch slot at a bottom inner part and reducing the manufacturing cost by improving conventional paper holders for passing a core rod in an inner core part of the paper body and setting the paper body in the holder body. SOLUTION: This double-roll storing paper holder is constituted by the holder body 1, an opening/closing lid 2, a spare bottom plate 3 attached by working a paper passage, residual quantity windows 4, a paper body bottom plate 5 forming an inclination angle toward the inner side, a paper fetch slot 6 provided at the bottom plate inner part, a cutter 7, a photograph illustration 8, a key attachment hole 9, and the paper body 10.
