PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of executing various contents of performance. SOLUTION: The game machine includes a code image display means for displaying a code image of encoded access information for a portable terminal to access a network in a prescribed area to be photographed by an image pickup means of the portable terminal inside a performance display means; a voice input means (e.g. a microphone 44 to be described later) for inputting the voice output from a voice output means of the portable terminal; a restoration means for restoring questionnaire result data based on a questionnaire program generated by a data generating means of the portable terminal; and a storing means for storing a plurality of performance pattern data corresponding to the questionnaire result data. The performance control means controls the performance by selecting one performance pattern from a plurality of performance patterns based on the questionnaire result data based on the questionnaire program restored by the restoration means.
