PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seed potato supply device of a potato-planting machine, which can automate a work for individually taking out seed potatoes from a seed potato container for reducing the load on a worker. SOLUTION: This seed potato supply device of the potato-planting machine disposes a potato takeout tool 27, comprising a spear body 25 for inserting into the takeout opening 24 of a hopper 23 for receiving the seed potatoes and a push member 26 moved outward or inward, at the tip of the spear body 25 along the spear body 25, and comprises inserting into the takeout opening 24 of a hopper 23 to thrust one potato with the spear body 25, and moving the push member 26 toward the tip of the spear body 25 on the spear body 25 returned to the supply position of a belt conveyer 31 to drop the seed potato on the belt conveyer.
