PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air damper device of a vehicle capable of gently changing a blowout quantity of air. SOLUTION: This air damper device 10 of the vehicle is provided with a cylinder 21 equivalent to a valve casing, a damper plate 22C equivalent to a valve element and a damper shaft 25 equivalent to a valve stem. The damper plate 22C is arranged in parallel with an axis of the cylinder 21, and an opening 29 is formed at a first plate 27 or a second plate 28 when a member extending to a cabin side is defined as the first plate 27 of the damper plate 22C and a member extending to a side opposite to the cabin side is the second plate 28 of the damper plate 22C with the damper shaft 25 as a reference.
