PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain excellent external appearance performance for a long period of time without forming of a clearance in a joining part of both a kicking plate covering the indoor side face of a side sill panel and an interior trim joined to a longitudinal direction terminal of a vehicle in the kicking plate, even if mounting errors occur in a vehicle panel and a trim or thermally deformed contraction distortion is generated after the mounting, in a joining structure between the kicking plate and the interior trim. SOLUTION: In the joining part of the kicking plate 10 and a center pillar trim lower 30, a joint flange 32 is extended to the kicking plate 10 side via a step 31 in the center pillar trim lower 30. When locking claws 11, 12 and 13 provided on the internal surface of the kicking plate 10 are engaged with locking parts at three portions of cut-out parts 33 and 34 and an opening 35 formed at the joint flange 32, the locking claws 11, 12 and 13 are regulated along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle in addition to the vertical direction and the vehicle width direction by adjusting the locking claws 11, 12 and 13 to be tightly fitted along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
