A filter for filtering a fluid medium transmitted by pipes, especially a cleanable filter that can process the impurities in the fluid medium through swirling separation, surface interception and indepth filtration, comprises filter units with every filter unit including a filter unit housing (16), a single-pillar type back-wash jet tube (13), circulating holes (18), nonreturn plates (19), tangential jet holes (20) and a disc pillar (14). The jet tube and the disc pillar are set inside the filter unit housing, with the disc pillar encompassing the jet tube. The circulating holes (18) and the tangential jet holes (20) are formed in the side wall of the jet tube, and the circulating holes are set with the nonreturn plates (19). The filter units can be repaired and replaced when the fluid medium is transmitted in pipes under normal conditions without the necessity to shut down the whole system. The pressure and flow of the transmitted medium will remain stable when back-washing the impurities automatically. |
