METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CALL PROCESSING USING BY USIM CARD IN A MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A method and a system for call processing using an USIM card in a mobile communication system are provided to perform call processing without changing a terminal number stored in an USIM card by performing mapping of a changed subscriber number and an existing mobile communications terminal number. When a subscriber desires change of a subscriber number, the subscriber performs the change of the subscriber number with mobile communications agencies, internet sites or mobile telecommunication terminals of the subscriber(400). A mapping information modification message is transmitted to an FNR(Flexible Number Register,405). The FNR performs the mapping of an existing mobile communications terminal number and a changed subscriber number on the basis of the mapping information modification message(410). When mapping is completed, a mapping information modification complete message is transmitted to the agencies, the internet sites or the mobile telecommunication terminals which request mapping(415). After mapping information is changed, a mobile communications service is performed to the mobile telecommunication terminal corresponding to the changed subscriber number(420).
