A solar power generation-cum-soundproof wall is provided to install a solar power generation system to a soundproof wall and to minimize the generation of critical stress by an increase in wind pressure. A solar power generation-cum-soundproof wall includes a soundproof wall(10), a solar collector(100) provided with a solar power generation device and installed to the soundproof wall, and an air passage(a) formed to let air out through the soundproof wall and the solar collector to reduce wind pressure, wherein the solar collector is installed to have a downward inclination toward a noise source and installed to be spaced out from other solar collectors in the longitudinal direction, and a sound absorbing unit is formed on the bottom of the solar collector. |
