It is possible to provide a method capable of reducing the number of calculations to obtain a primary regression line of a slip ratio and acceleration and accurately detecting an inner pressure lowering of a tire even when the road condition is irregular. A lowered tire air pressure alarming method includes: a step for detecting rotation information obtained from tires mounted on a vehicle; a step for calculating a wheel speed, a vehicle acceleration, and slip ratio of the front and rear wheels from the respective tire rotation information; a step for accumulating the vehicle acceleration and the slip ratio of the front and the rear wheels; a step for obtaining a mutual primary regression coefficient between the vehicle acceleration and the slip ratio of the front and the rear wheels; and a step for judging whether a tire pressure is reduced by comparing the primary regression coefficient to the primary regression coefficient calculated in advance in the preceding step when the tire pressure is within a normal range.
