<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of reducing conversion processing of a moving image stream signal. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor includes first determining means for determining whether a processing target frame is a predetermined type of a frame, second determining means for determining whether an interval with the predetermined type of a frame present the closest in a temporally forward direction exceeds the number of second frames when the first determining means determines that the processing target frame is not the predetermined type of a frame, and converting means for converting the processing target frame into the predetermined type of a frame when the second determining means determines that the interval exceeds the number of second frames, wherein the converting means determines the block size of the predetermined type a frame in accordance with the block size of the processing target frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
