<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of achieving simplification of the apparatus, restraining cost rise of the apparatus, and rotating a rotating body of a unit without causing rotation run-out even when the shaft center of a shaft to be driven is deviated from that of a driving shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A female joint 71 having annular space whose one end is made open, and having a plurality of track grooves extending in a shaft direction, which are formed at equal intervals in a periphery direction, at least on either the outer wall surface or the inner wall surface of the annular space is attached to a developing roller shaft 5j.
