<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-coating treatment capable of giving excellent seizing resistance, and to provide a rolling device which hardly causes seizure. <P>SOLUTION: A tapered roller bearing comprises an inner ring 1 having a raceway surface 1a on its outer circumferential surface, an outer ring 2 having a raceway surface 2a facing the raceway surface 1a on its inner circumferential surface, two rows of tapered rollers 3 arranged between the raceway surfaces 1a, 2a in a rolling manner, a holder 4 for holding the tapered rollers 3 between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2. A seizure-resistant film 5 is covered over the entire surface of the tapered rollers 3. The seizure-resistant film 5 is formed by performing the chemical conversion on the tapered rollers 3 by using a chemical conversion liquid wherein the manganese concentration is ≥3,000 ppm, covering a manganese phosphate film on the surface of the tapered rollers 3, and a low melting point metal film consisting of a metal with the melting point of ≤500°C is covered on the manganese phosphate film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
