<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate, in the film formation of a PVA stock film and the like, the heating unevenness of the film width direction and manufacture a film free of unevenness in the thickness. <P>SOLUTION: In both sides of the flow channel and the manifold in the T die, a plurality of longitudinal cartridge heater holes 16 are formed to the width direction in an adequate spacing and for both sides of the flow channel and the manifold in the T die at least a pair of width-direction cartridge heater holes 17 that extend to the width direction are formed. Into these longitudinal cartridge heater holes and width-direction cartridge heater holes, cartridges are inserted to enable the molten resin flowing through the T die inside to be heated uniformly in the width direction. The width-direction cartridge heater holes extend to the width direction above or below the fastening bolts 28 lest they interfere with the fastening bolts. It may be also suitable to form a heating medium channel that is for replacing the width-direction cartridge heater holes, that penetrates the T die to the width direction and to make a heating medium flow through the channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
