<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sliding door from being automatically opened or closed while parking on an inclined road surface to prevent a foreign matter from being caught. <P>SOLUTION: A controller turns ON an electromagnetic clutch and drives the sliding door by a motor (S2, S3) when a main switch selects automatic opening and closing operation, stops or inverts the sliding door (S5) when a sensor detects getting-caught of foreign matter, and turns OFF the electromagnetic clutch and allows the sliding door to be opened and closed by manual operation (S7) when the main switch selects manual opening and closing operation. In this controller, the sensor detects getting-caught of foreign matter (S8) even when the main switch selects manual opening and closing operation to turn ON the electromagnetic clutch and prevent the sliding door from moving (S9) when detecting getting-caught of foreign matter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
