<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method capable of efficiently inspecting a mounted component. <P>SOLUTION: A device for estimating an equipment operation estimates operations of a plurality of operating parts by making the state of each operating part associate with an elapsed time with respect to equipment where the plurality of operating parts operate in parallel. The device comprises: a splitting means for splitting the operation time of each operation into a plurality of split time periods according to each operation; and an estimating means for calculating estimated operation information required in estimating the state of each operating part at each elapsed time of the split time periods. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
