<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device for a vehicle, capable of improving comfortableness in a cabin by increasing a sliding range, and preventing interference of a seat with a tire house by forming a seat which can slide rearward while avoiding the tire house. <P>SOLUTION: A seat is provided so as to move between a first position where an external portion in a vehicle width direction is overlapped with the tire house in the vehicle width direction and a second position where at least a rear portion of the seat is overlapped with the tire house at the inside in the vehicle width direction of the tire house in the longitudinal direction.
