PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce possibility to miss urgent business due to the situation of a called party. SOLUTION: A storage section 32 stores the telephone number of a calling party mobile phone 20. A communication section 31 receives a call originating signal. A processing section 34 determines whether or not the call originating signal received by the communication section 31 includes the telephone number in the storage section 32.
