PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor machine of an air conditioner capable of preventing loss and contamination of members used in installation work and reducing costs in manufacturing. SOLUTION: In this outdoor machine 100 of the air conditioner, members used in installing and uninstalling the air conditioner 500 are retained by retaining portions 180 to 197. By retaining the members used in installation work by the retaining portions 180 to 197, loss and contamination of the members can be prevented, and the costs in manufacturing can be reduced.
