PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll expander in which a lubricating oil force-feed means is eliminated by suppressing the reduction of a bearing load capacity and accurately controlling the phase without dividing an Oldham's ring and an oscillating bearing. SOLUTION: An Oldham's storage groove 69 for storing the base 77a of the Oldham's ring 77 is annularly formed in the upper surface of a third base plate 53a on the outer peripheral part of the area for forming upper spiral teeth 53d, A first keyway 70a for storing the first key part 77b of the Oldham's ring 77 is formed in the lower surface of a first base plate 52 on the outer peripheral part of the area for forming first spiral teeth 52c. A second keyway 70b for storing the second key part 77c of the Oldham's ring 77 is formed in the third first base plate 53a in the area for forming the Oldham's ring storage groove 69. A first Oldham's oil supply hole 82 allowing an upper space to communicate with the first keyway 70a is formed in the first base plate 52a. A second Oldham's oil supply hole 83 opened to the upper surface center of the third base plate 53a at one end and opened to the second keyway 70b at the other end is formed in the third base plate 53a.
